After further check on the engine, the fuel tank was full of rust, clogged fuel filter and clogged carburetor. when i test the electrical condition, the spark plug made it spark which means no major problem. The exhaust tips was full of dirt and oil residue. After i cleaned everything, i try starting the bike.
